SENATE BILL NO. 130 by Senators Sharp, Miller, entitled:                       
                                                                               
"An Act making a special appropriation to the                                 
Department of Transportation and Public Facilities,                            
northern region, for reconnaissance photography,                               
reconnaissance interpretation, and preparation of a                            
preliminary report for identification and delineation                          
of one or more transportation and utility corridors                            
between Fairbanks and the Seward Peninsula; and                                
providing for an effective date."
